The United Nations proclaimed June 21st the International Day of Yoga in December of 2014 and the day, as well as the practice, continue to grow in popularity.
In an effort to highlight the benefit of yoga as part of a holistic approach in creating balance between the body and mind, this year's theme is "Yoga for Health". Look for events in your area for an opportunity to enjoy a moment of calm where the body and mind unite for both physical and mental well-being.
