What Countries Do You Ship To?
Aside from local shipping in Singapore, we also ship up to 3 bottles at a time to Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom, and are in the process of adding more countries to this list. All international orders ship from Singapore.
Although we do our best to ensure our products meet the customs and regulatory requirements for all international countries we ship to, we also suggest you familiarize yourself with these requirements prior to placing an international order.
Are Taxes, Duties And/Or Additional Delivery Related Fees Included In The Price Of REVIVETM?
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts we cannot guarantee international orders will not be subject to additional tax, duty and/or other delivery related fees upon arrival at their intended destination, as how these charges are levied can vary significantly depending on the country. For this reason we are unable to pay for any additional tax, duty or additional delivery related fees that may be incurred for international orders, and you as the customer will be responsible for these additional charges in the event they may arise.

Who Do You Use To Deliver REVIVETM?
For local orders in Singapore we use Singapore Post to deliver REVIVETM as registered article to your letterbox.
All international orders are shipped only via DHL Express.
How Will I Know My Order Has Shipped? Can I Track My Order Online?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order online. Be sure to check your junk mailbox in case the email happened to end up in there!
When And How Will I Receive My Order?
For local orders in Singapore you will generally receive your order no more than 5 business days after placing it online. Your order will be delivered to your letterbox.
For international orders we strive to have your order delivered directly to your door no more than 15 business days after you have placed it, and generally it will arrive much sooner than this. However, timelines for international orders can vary significantly depending on the final destination, customs and/or the local postal delivery service. In rare instances this can cause a delay in your order of up to 30 days or longer.
I Didn't Receive My Order. What Should I Do?
For local orders in Singapore, if 5 business days have passed and you still haven't received your order, please ensure that you check for any "Delivery Advice" noticed that may have been left by Singapore Post in your letterbox. Failing this, please contact us a support@slsnutra.com to let us know your order hasn't arrived and we will investigate further.
For international orders, timelines for delivery can vary significantly depending on the final destination, customs and/or the local postal delivery service. While we strive to ensure you receive your order no more than 15 business days after placing it, in rare instances it can take up to 30 days or more until you receive your order. If you still haven't received your order after 30 days please contact us at support@slsnutra.com to let us know and we will investigate further.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee international orders will not be delayed or, in very rare instances, held up entirely by customs agencies. Thus, we are unable to replace or refund orders that do not arrive for this reason. For any questions relating to customs regulations we encourage you to contact your local customs agency prior to making your purchase.
I Received My Order But It Is Damaged. What Should I Do?
Please do not consume REVIVETM if the bottle and/or seal is damaged. You can contact us at support@slsnutra.com to let us know your order was damaged when you received it and we will provide further instructions.
